Another fantastic week in Year 4, not only has the weather been wonderful but so to have your children!

In English, we have been busy writing in character as villagers from 'The Mousehole Cat'. Further to this, we discovered (that maybe) Mowzer, the cat, was a megalomaniac and believed she was the only true God. Perhaps there is a thing of too much Shakespeare.

On Monday, in Science, we examined the properties of solids, liquids and gases with the problem of where does cornflour slime fit into that list? As I am sure you are all aware when you mix with water, the large cornflour particles remain 'suspended' in the liquid. As such the cornflour-water mixture is an example of a non-Newtonian fluid. An apology is to be added for Mr Newsham for his added work load that evening.
