This week we have been learning about our mental health. We took part in activities to learn how we can feel good. We enjoyed the bird watch, Nature day with Julie and Rachel from Park View 4U, making our moving vehicles, suggesting ways to feel good, meditations and reading. During our session in the woods, we worked as teams to build nests which could hold five little eggs. We felt great when we achieved this together.

Also we learned more about keeping safe on the internet and how we have to be responsible and make important and safe choices.

In addition we started to think about how animals can make us feel, how they are important to humans and that we need to care for, protect and respect them. We had a visit from Penelope the guinea pig and later on Thursday we met Carol with her guide dog Rosie.

On Friday we shared some of the things we had done during our special assembly. Evie, Joe, Isabella H and Daithi did a great job of presenting our contribution.

Also on Friday we enjoyed an inspiring visit from Dan Worsley an amazing local author.

This week the certificates were awarded to;
