29 November 2019

This Sunday is first Sunday of Advent where we prepare for the coming of Jesus, the Son of God at Christmas time. This fits beautifully with our new charter words of faith-filled and hopeful. We have been discussing these words this week. It is difficult to understand what faith-filled means so we carried out an activity in the hall about having faith and trust in our friends. One person led another round a course with their eyes shut. We then talked about having faith in our friends.

See below.

In Maths we have been learning about money and we have finished our story about The Snow Dragon.

We also had a very exciting museum loan box arrive this week all about The Great Fire of London. Some children modelled the items.
