We have had a very productive week in Year 6!

We have been working very hard on reviewing all that we know about fractions in Maths and we have been practising writing with an informal voice in English.  In Science we have been learning more about fossils; we have some future palaeontologists amongst us!

We have also been thinking about kindness and have had some lovely discussions about how we can show kindness to others and to ourselves.

This week we voted for our class councillors.  Congratulations to Oliver C and Gabriella A.  I'm sure you will both be fantastic in the roles.

As we are unable to have our usual 'Meet the Teacher' presentation this year, there will be a presentation posted on Seesaw next week, please look out for it.

There are still many guided reading books that have not been returned to school.  Please could they be returned as soon as possible.
